JBS OPC Series portable air compressors are designed to provide reliable compressed air where mains electricity or a fixed air line is unavailable. Depending on the selected model and operating pressure, these diesel-driven portable screw compressors offer approximately 1.2–5 m³/min airflow and 7–15 bar pressure options.
Independent Diesel-Powered Operation
The range is available with Briggs & Stratton or Kubota engines, depending on the model. Engine speed and air intake automatically adjust to current air demand. A closed intake valve during start-up helps the engine operate more smoothly in cold conditions.
OPC portable compressors are suitable for construction sites, roadwork, drilling, abrasive blasting, painting, pneumatic tools, fibre-optic cable blowing and industrial field maintenance.
Mobile and Service-Friendly Design
Skid-mounted, axle-mounted and towable configurations can be selected according to transport requirements. Three-stage oil separation supports consistent compressed-air quality, while removable side panels provide convenient access to the engine, filters and compressor components.
Selection should be based on the required working pressure, actual air consumption, number of tools used simultaneously, duty cycle, altitude and ambient temperature. Maximum airflow and maximum pressure may apply to different configurations.
