Bring Scrubbing and Water Recovery into Your Cleaning Routine
For a shop, office or hospitality business, floor cleaning has to fit around opening hours and staff availability. The JE-30 combines mechanical scrubbing with collection of the used cleaning solution, allowing both functions to be managed with one machine.
A 310 W motor powers the brush, while a separate 300 W vacuum motor supports water recovery through the 350 mm squeegee. Brush and detergent selection should match the floor covering and the type of dirt being removed.
Plan the Route, Power Access and Tank Stops
The JE-30 has a 350 mm brush width. Its overall dimensions are listed as 60 × 80 × 87 cm, so check the complete machine size against doorways, turning spaces and storage access.
The separate tanks hold 5.5 litres of clean water and 6.5 litres of recovered dirty water. Refill and emptying frequency will depend on solution use and working conditions.
Mains operation removes the need to plan battery charging. Instead, check socket positions, cable routing and the supplied cable length. The provided electrical specification is 220 V; confirm the approved voltage range, frequency and UK plug configuration before ordering.
Assess It for Your Premises
The machine can be assessed for compatible hard floors in retail aisles, office corridors, hotel communal areas and showrooms. Suitability depends on the surface, access and cleaning requirements.

What Should Your Quotation Include?
Ask for a quotation that identifies the supplied brush, accessories, delivery charges and warranty terms. Confirm the availability of replacement brushes and squeegee blades.
The supplied productivity figure is 1,350 m²/h. Use it as a specification to discuss, rather than a guaranteed daily output: turns, obstacles and tank servicing affect actual coverage.
